Johnny Depp sues ex-lawyers for conspiring to steal millions

Oct. 18 (UPI) — Johnny Depp has filed a lawsuit in opposition to his former legal professionals for allegedly conspiring together with his former monetary manager to steal greater than $30 million.

In The criticism filed Tuesday, Depp alleged that highly effective leisure regulation agency Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal & LaViolette, committed “skilled malpractice, breach of fiduciary responsibility and unjust enrichment” whereas also enticing in “misconduct for their own monetary merit and violated one of the vital most simple tenets of the lawyer-client relationship.”

“Johnny Depp’s lawsuit filed as of late reflects his continued stand in opposition to systemic, self-serving Hollywood practices that he hopes this lawsuit will expose and end,” Depp’s lawyer, Adam Waldman, advised INDIVIDUALS.

Depp’s lawsuit accuses the legislation firm of working with his former monetary Administration agency, The Management Staff, to take out loans the actor did not know about and the usage of his residual funds from earlier films to pay them off, said TMZ.

In February, Depp filed a $25 million lawsuit towards The Administration Team that’s ongoing.
