‘Cookie Monster’ tried to scam photo cash

A PERSON dressed because the Cookie Monster has been arrested in the big apple and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Osvaldo Quiroz-Lopez, 33, was once taken into custody on a couple of expenses, amongst them adversarial begging, the Related Press mentioned.
